Board of Shriram Transport Finance Company recommends dividend

Shriram Transport Finance Company announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 October 2014, inter alia, have recommended the dividend of Rs 4 per equity Share (i.e. 40%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
