The Board of Shubham Polyspin at its meeting held on 01 January 2019 has appointed Meenakshi Soni as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 01 January, 2019. The board has accepted the cessation of Harprit Baldevsingh Saini as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 01 January, 2019.
