Siddhartha Tubes announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 July 2015, inter alia, has:

- Taken on record the resignation received from Satish Kumar Shantilal Mehta from the Board of Directors of the Company w.e.f. 27 July 2015.
