Board of Sindhu Trade Links approves allotment of 102.79 cr bonus shares

The Board of Sindhu Trade Links has approved the allotment of 1,02,79,52,520 bonus shares in ratio of 2:1 to members holding shares as on record date of 21 May 2022. With this allotment, the paid-up equity share capital has increased to Rs 154.19 crore dividend into 1,54,19,28,780 equity shares of Re 1 each.
