Spine Traders announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 February 2015, inter alia, has considered the following:- To Appoint Ramanlal Trivedi, as additional Director and to accept resignation of Harleen Singh Kathuria from the board of Director of the Company.
