Board of SS Organics appoints company secretary

At meeting held on 26 May 2014

SS Organics announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 May 2014, inter alia, has approved and appointed Lokesh Agarwal as Whole-Time Company Secretary designated as Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. May 26, 2014 under Clause 47(a) of Listing Agreement. Who has a member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
