At meeting held on 16 January 2015
Suditi Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 16 January 2015, has accorded their consent to start two new subsidiary companies namely a) Suditi Sports Apparel and b) Suditi Design Studio. Further the Board has given consent to invest in the subsidiaries to the extent of not less than 70% to 80% and the balance by the promoters and his friends and relatives.The object of these subsidiaries would be primarily to focus on the development and growth in the business of certain specified clothing material and accessories like garments and apparels bearing logos and emblems of some sports events and clubs of international repute duly manufactured under their licentiate rights and also garments, apparels and other clothing materials with ethnic design and models.
