Board of Sumeet Industries approves bonus issue of 1:4

At meeting held on 22 June 2018

Sumeet Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 June 2018, inter alia, has recommended issue of Bonus Equity shares in the ratio of 1:4 i.e. (1 (One) Equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each for every existing 4 (Four) Equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up by way of capitalization of Free Reserve subject to approval of shareholders.
