Board of Sumeet Industries recommends bonus issue of 1:4

At meeting held on 22 June 2018

Sumeet Industries announced that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 22 June 2018 has recommended Bonus Issue of Equity Shares in the ratio of 1 (One) Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each for every 4 (Four) Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each held by the shareholders of the Company as on the record date/date fixed for this purpose, subject to the approval of the Members.
