Board of Sumuka Agro Industries approves change in CFO

At meeting held on 11 November 2020

The Board of Sumuka Agro Industries at its meeting held on 11 November 2020 has approved the resignation of Pinki Vora from the post of Chief Financial Officer of the Company, who resigned due to preoccupation. The Board has appointed Shaili Patel as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f 11 November 2020. Further, the Board has appointed Manasmita Patra as an Additional (Non-Executive) Director of the Company w.e.f 11 November 2020, subject to approval of members at the ensuing General Meeting of the Company.
