Board of Suraj approves change in company secretary

The Board of Suraj at its meeting held on 26 April 2018 approved the resignation of Vatan D. Brahmbhatt from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company. The Board approved the appointment of Maunishkumar S; Gandhi as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company.
