Symphony announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 August 2014, approved the following -Appointment of Satyen Kothari as an Additional Director, Non-Executive, Independent Director.
Appointment of Jonaki Bakeri as an Additional Director, Non-Executive Director.
Appointment of Himanshu Shah and Dipak Palkar, Independent Directors for a period starting from 20 August 2014 to 19 August 2019 under Companies Act, 2013.
