Board of Symphony announces change in directorate

At meeting held on 20 August 2014

Symphony announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 August 2014, approved the following -

Appointment of Satyen Kothari as an Additional Director, Non-Executive, Independent Director.

Appointment of Jonaki Bakeri as an Additional Director, Non-Executive Director.

Appointment of Himanshu Shah and Dipak Palkar, Independent Directors for a period starting from 20 August 2014 to 19 August 2019 under Companies Act, 2013.
