Board of Syndicate Bank approves preferential issue of shares to Govt. of India

The Board of Syndicate Bank at its meeting held on 07 January 2019 has approved the issuance of requisite Equity Shares through preferential allotment to the Government of India against the amount of Rs 1632 crore received from them on preferential basis.
