Board of TCI Express allots 21,900 equity shares under ESOS

At meeting held on 13 July 2018

The Board of TCI Express at its meeting held on 13 July 2018 has allotted 21,900 Equity Shares under ESOS-2016. These shares shall rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the Company, in all respects.

Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company has been increased from 3, 82,88,725 to 3,83,10,625 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each.
