The Board of Tide Water Oil Co (I) at its meeting held on 13 August 2021 has approved appointment of Jeetendra Singh (DIN: 09207792) as Additional Director with effect from 13 August 2021. The Board also approved resignation of Amit Mehta, Director (DIN: 08859397) from the Board of Directors of the Company.
