At meeting held on 29 December 2015
Trimurthi Drugs & Pharmaceuticals announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 December 2015 considered and approved the following subject to approval of shareholders -Diversification of business activities such as food and food products, information technology and software consultancy, real estate construction and warehousing and dealing in all types of shares, stocks, commodities securities and derivatives thereof.
The board also considered change in name of the company to 'Trimurthi' or such other name as may be made available by ROC.
