Board of TTK Healthcare appoints director

At meeting held on 22 August 2014

TTK Healthcare announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 August 2014, co-opted S. Kalyanaraman, the Wholetime Secretary as an Additional Director on the Board, liable to retire by rotation, with effect from 01 September 2014.
