Board of Ujjivan Financial Services approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 25 August 2021

The Board of Ujjivan Financial Services at its meeting held today has approved the appointment of Banavar Anantharamaiah Prabhakar (DIN:02101808), who is an Additional Director (Independent), as the Part-Time Chairman of the Bank to fill the vacancy caused due to resignation of Biswamohan Mahapatra, subject to the prior approval of the Reserve Bank of India.
