Board of Unitech International approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 14 August 2015

Unitech International announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 August 2015, inter alia, have:

1. Considered and approved the appointment of Thomas Joseph as an Additional Director.

2. Approved the resignation of Pankaj Mehta as Director.

3. Considered and approved the shifting of Registered office.
