Board of Vedanta approves change in CEO
At meeting held on 31 August 2017
Vedanta announced that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on 31 August 2017, have considered the following:1.Cessation of term of Thomas Albanese Whole-Time Director and Chief Executive Officer w.e.f. 31 August 2017;
2.Appointment of Kuldip Kaura as the Interim Chief Executive Officer w.e.f. 01 September 2017.
