Board of Visagar Polytex approves change in company secretary

With effect from 23 January 2021

Visagar Polytex announced that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on 23 January 2021 accepted the resignation of Pravin Mishra as company secretary and compliance officer of the company and approved the appointment of Mariam Bahnan as company secretary and compliance officer of the company with effect from 23 January 2021.
