Board of Welspun Enterprises approves issue of NCDs upto Rs 200 cr

The Board of Welspun Enterprises at its meeting held on 06 May 2020 has approved the issue of 2,000 Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs. 10,00,000/- each at par aggregating upto Rs. 200 crore by way of private placement basis.
