At meeting held on 03 September 2014

Winro Commercial (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 03 September 2014, has considered and approved the following :

1. Appointed Hinal Chheda as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f 01 September 2014.

2. Approved the resignation of Ritesh Zaveri as Compliance Officer of the Company.
