Bodal Chemicals completes acquisition of chemical plant 'Siel Chemical Complex'

Bodal Chemicals has completed procedure and has acquired Chemical Plant known as Siel Chemical Complex (SCC), a chemical unit, situated at Rajpura, Punjab, India, from Mawana Sugars on today i.e. 31 March, 2021.

Further, operations from the said Unit will be merged with Bodal Chemicals with effect from 01 April, 202
