On conversion of warrants

Capital Trade Links announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 03 March 2016 has resolved the following business:

- Conversion of 2,90,600 Warrants into Equity Shares :

That as per the terms of the issue of Warrants, the Board of Directors has approved the conversion of 2,90,600 warrants into equity shares at Rs. 92 per equity share (including premium of Rs. 91 per equity share) to Nutek India respectively against the warrants held by them.
