CEAT receives NCLT approval for scheme of amalgamation
On 13 March 2020
CEAT announced that the National Company Law Tribunal Mumbai Bench (NCLT) has on 13 March 2020 approved the Scheme of Amalgamation (the Scheme) for the amalgamation of Ceat Specialty Tyres (a wholly owned subsidiary of CEAT) with CEAT.
