Central Bank of India to raise up to Rs 500 cr via Tier 2 bond issue

Central Bank of India announced that the Capital Raising Committee of the Board of Directors has on 04 February 2020, approved the proposal for raising funds uptp Rs 500 crore by way of issue of Non-Convertible Redeemable Unsecured Basel III compliant Tier 2 Bonds in the nature of promissory notes.
