Apollo Micro Systems to acquire majority stake in Ananya SIP RF Technologies

Apollo Micro Systems has executed the investment and shareholders agreement on 04 February 2020 for acquisition of 51% stake in the share capital of Ananya SIP RF Technologies. The objective of the acquisition is the expansion of business towards new technologies by establishing a RF & microwave design cum production facility along with integration facility.
