Central Provinces Railways Company will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 11 November 2016 To consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results and Limited Review Report for the quarter ended September 30, 2016 & To issue Equity Shares on Preferential Allotment basis to the extent of Rs.2 Crores at a price to be determined under SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations to Promoters and Non Promoters.
