CFCL Tech gets merged with CFCL Ventures with effect from 20 December 2016
Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals provided update on proposed merger of CFCL Technologies (CFCL Tech), a subsidiary of the Company incorporated under the laws of Cayman Islands, with CFCL Ventures, a wholly owned subsidiary of CFCL Tech incorporated under the laws of Cayman Islands.The Cayman Islands Registrar of Companies has approved the merger of CFCL Tech into CFCL Ventures effective 20 December 2016. Accordingly, CFCL Tech stands merged with CFCL Ventures with effect from that date.
