Mahaan Foods announced that:1. Girraj Kishore Sharma has resigned as Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f. 21 December 2016.
2. Jitender Singh Bisht has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f. 21 December 2016.
