Clariant Chemicals (India) standalone net profit declines 7.51% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales rise 8.93% to Rs 245.69 crore

Net profit of Clariant Chemicals (India) declined 7.51% to Rs 9.85 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 10.65 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales rose 8.93% to Rs 245.69 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 225.55 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit declined 94.40% to Rs 52.87 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 943.32 crore during the previous year ended December 2014. Sales rose 13.05% to Rs 1139.80 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 1008.20 crore during the previous year ended December 2014.
