Pennar Industries consolidated net profit rises 1.50% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales decline 4.36% to Rs 350.69 crore

Net profit of Pennar Industries rose 1.50% to Rs 16.26 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 16.02 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales declined 4.36% to Rs 350.69 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 366.67 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit rose 22.14% to Rs 43.85 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 35.90 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales rose 3.09% to Rs 1306.67 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 1267.46 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
