Coffee Day Enterprises appoints directors and CEO

The Board of Coffee Day Enterprises has appointed C. H. Vasudhara Devi (DIN: 07789047), Giri Devanur (DIN: 00125603) and Mohan Raghavendra Kondi (DIN: 01718628) as an Additional Directors in the capacity of Non-Executive Independent Directors of the Company.

Also, Malavika Hegde, Director of the Company, has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from 07 December 2020.
