Computer Age Management Services allots 4238 equity shares under ESOS

Computer Age Management Services has allotted 4238 equity shares of Rs.10/ each, to the employees of the company pursuant to exercise of options under its Employees Stock Option Scheme 2019.

The Paid up Share Capital of the company will accordingly increase from Rs. 48,78,68,000/- to Rs. 48,79, 10,380/.
