CORE Education & Technologies allots equity shares

On conversion of FCCBs

CORE Education & Technologies announced that at the Meeting of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee held 02 June 2015, the Committee has, inter-alia, allotted 81,732 Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each of the Company against conversion of FCCBs.

The Paid-Up Share Capital of the Company post this allotment stands enhanced to Rs. 22,91,31,116/- comprising 11,45,65,558 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each.
