Coromandel International consolidated net profit rises 34.98% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales rise 0.96% to Rs 3008.52 crore

Net profit of Coromandel International rose 34.98% to Rs 92.68 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 68.66 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales rose 0.96% to Rs 3008.52 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 2979.96 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit declined 10.16% to Rs 360.98 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 401.79 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales rose 1.91% to Rs 11459.89 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 11244.95 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
