Cybermate Infotek has approved the allotment of 22,50,000 (Twenty Two Lakhs and Fifty Thousand only) equity shares of face value INR 2/- each of the Company to the Non-promoter Investors, upon conversion of Equity Share Warrants allotted to Non-promoter Investors on preferential basis.
