With effect from 01 July 2016

CyberTech Systems & Software announced that :

1. The retirement of Sateesh Wadagbalkar as the Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 30 June 2016 (close of business hours); and

2. The appointment of Sarita Leelaramani as the Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 01 July 2016 on the terms and conditions as mentioned in the appointment letter.
