Cyient acquires Singapore based Global Services Engineering Asia

To build on its aftermarket services for the aerospace industry

Cyient announced the acquisition of Global Services Engineering Asia, based in Singapore, from Pratt & Whitney Services. This site provides repairs, development and validation for aero turbine engine components in support of Pratt & Whitney throughout the region.

Through this transaction, Cyient continues to build on its growth strategy for Asia Pacific region, specifically in aftermarket services for the aerospace industry. This acquisition is through Cyient Singapore, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
