Cyient to acquire 74% stake in an ESDM services company Rangsons Electronics

In an all cash transaction

Cyient announced that the Company has signed definitive agreement to acquire 74% equity stake in Rangsons Electronics, an electronics system design and manufacturing (ESDM) services company, headquartered in Mysore, India, in an all cash transaction.

The proposed acquisition is Cyient's third in less than a year. Its acquisitions earlier in 2014 included Softential and Invati Insights.
