D B Corp allots equity shares

Under ESOS

D B Corp announced it has allotted 6,865 shares of Rs 10 each on exercise of stock options under DBCL-ESOS 2008 and DBCL-ESOS-2010 schemes.

Consequently, the issue and paid up capital of the Company has increased to Rs 18.36 crore.
