Record date is 22 September 2014
Dabur India announced that the Company has fixed 22 September 2014 as the Record Date for ascertaining the names of Shareholders / Beneficial Owners entitled to receive the interim dividend, if declared by the Board of Directors in the aforesaid meeting.Further, in case Interim Dividend is declared by the Board in the aforesaid meeting, the Company will make the payment of said Dividend on 25 September 2014 onwards.
