Dalmia Bharat allots 3.25 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Dalmia Bharat has allotted 3,25,500 equity shares of Rs.2/- each to the eligible employees in terms of the DBL Stock Option Plan 2018. On allotment, the equity share capital of the Company stands increased to 18,71,17,513 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each aggregating to Rs. 37,42,35,026/-.
