Dalmia Bharat update on resolution plan submitted for Murli Industries

Dalmia Bharat announced that National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai vide its order dated 03 July 2019 and 22 July 2019 has approved the resolution plan submitted by the company's subsidiary Dalmia Cement (Bharat) (DCBL) for the revival of Murli Industries.

DCBL has submitted its affidavit of acceptance on 25 July 2019 as directed by NCLT vide the aforesaid orders.
