DCB Bank allots equity shares

Under ESOP

DCB Bank has allotted 76,520 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each on 09 September 2015, pursuant to the terms of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) of the Bank. Post this allotment, the Bank's issued and paid up share capital has increased to 28,34,40,793 shares of Rs. 10/- each.
