Dewan Housing Finance Corporation announces resignation of director

With effect from 31 October 2014

Dewan Housing Finance Corporation announced that Ajay Vazirani, Independent Director of the Company has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from 31 October 2014 and the Board of Directors of the Company by way of passing a circular resolution has accepted his resignation.
