Dewan Housing Finance Corporation announces withdrawal of nominee director

With effect from 22 November 2014

Dewan Housing Finance Corporation announced that Caledonia Investments Plc. had withdrawn the nomination of Kaikhushru Vicaji Taraporevala, (being a Nominee Director) from the Directorship of the Company with effect from 22 November 2014.

The Board of Directors, through resolution by circulation as per the provisions of Section 175 of Companies Act, 2013 and rules made thereunder have considered and accepted the withdrawal of nomination of Kaikhushru Vicaji Taraporevala from the Directorship of the Company, with effect from November 22, 2014.
