Housing Development Finance Corporation allots equity shares

Under stock options

Housing Development Finance Corporation announced that the Corporation on 24 November 2014 allotted 8,67,535 equity shares of Rs. 2 each, pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 314,30,77,420 consisting of 157,15,38,710 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
