Dhanlaxmi Fabrics announces resignation of director

Dhanlaxmi Fabrics announced that board has received the resignation letter from Mihir Mehta, an Independent Director of the Company stating his inconvience to act as an Independent Director of the Company due to personal reasons. The Board on receipt of same accepted the resignation of Mihir Mehta.
